Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, at checkout you should get a shipping option.

Q: What is the process for ordering?
A: To order your custom DCUO character, add the item to the cart, in the description there will be the required info needed to create your character, add this info (copy paste) in the NOTES section at checkout.
Work will begin on your figure once it is first in the queue, a photo will be emailed to the provided address once finished and then shipped.
Q: I forgot to add my character's info at checkout, what can I do?
A: Copy and paste the following and email to [email protected] or I will email you to request the info using your email address provided at checkout.

Q: Can you do auras/materials?
A: I cannot do auras, materials I will try to replicate with paint but in most cases it will be a solid color in its place .
Q: Will there be any assembly required?
A: On occasion, for fragile parts usually such as wings, capes, weapons, back pieces etc or anything that extends off the model, they may need to be assembled upon arrival as to not risk damage during delivery. I reccomend using blu tack / mounting putty for non permanent display, or any super glue for permanent display.
Q: How long does it take?
A: These are multi day projects and usually take around 3-5 days to make, however if I have multiple orders or require additional supplies and materials, they may take longer. Please email at anytime to request a progress update.
Q: How are these models made?
A: These are 3D printed in PLA, post processed in a variery of methods (sanding, welding, priming, coating), then hand painted and varnished.
